Job Description :

Job Title : Business Manager

Department : Sales & Marketing

Position Reports to : COO

Educational qualification (Must have) : Masters from Top Management

Skills (Must have) :

- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Complex Problem Solving :

- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Judgment and Decision Making :

- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Systems Analysis : Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

Writing : Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience

Skills (Desirable) :

P&L Management :

- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.

- Monitor external affairs or events affecting business operations.

- Responsible for company tie up with Hospitals, Corporate

- Develop Business Growth for the company strengthening the Institutional tie ups.

- Accountable for B2B & B2C Marketing for the location.

- Develop Market plan & development of new business areas & market opportunities for the location.

- Develop strategy, sales plans and profit targets & ensure implementation of the same to achieve the business growth.

- Maximizing new business development opportunities

- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events locally.

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base

- Responsible for achieving the P&L of the location
