- Mandate experience of working in healthcare domain.
- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments.
- Identify, develop & manage different channels of business in the area.
- Building relationships with Hospitals/labs.
- Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Cost negotiation with existing and new clients
- Supporting BD leads in consultative selling, negotiating contracts, forming alliances and partnering with potential new sponsors.
- Work closely with team & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build a huge 'customer pool
- Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.
- To build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.
- Analyzing growth of key chains vis-a-vis our share in the Product category turnover and thereby provide corrective action plan for growth.
- Strategically aligning with Zonal team and cascading the learning to the Zone & devising business growth accordingly.
- Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key account.
