Business Manager - Growth - BFSI - IIT/IIM/NIT (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for taking ownership of key accounts and grow those accounts
- Responsible for maximum activation, business volume and growth through these key accounts
- Work closely with Prod, tech, marketing functions to ensure we provide best offering to these accounts
- End to end owner for these accounts and responsible for volume generation
- 4-8 years of work experience
- Past Start up experience is preferred ( either worked or done own start up)
- Graduates/ Post Graduates from NIT/IIT / IIM would be an added advantage
- Should have an analytical bent of mind and Data oriented
- Should be hands on, aggressive and hungry for growth
- This is not a typical farming role, this role would require aggressive business candidates and would be playing a key role in the growth of the company
