Position : Business Manager to CFO

Position based with a large Financial Group in Delhi

Job Role

- We are seeking a talented Business Finance Manager.

- Creating long-term and short-term strategies for the India business

- Highlight the lines where the Company is ahead/on course/behind the AOP nos. to CFO

- Collaboratively work with various stakeholders in the organization for business planning and building the strategic narrative around the same

- Broaden the strategic M&A agenda for the business by identifying, evaluating and executing strategic investment opportunities

- Periodic review and reporting of the financial performance

- Support CFO on other internal and external reporting requirements, regular follow ups and alignment meetings

- Execution of Special Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall Company s business objectives and strategy

- Preparing financial models to support strategic planning activities

- Trend analysis across divisions

- Profitability and cost analysis

- Business performance reporting
