Job Role:
- Business Manager for Adoption of all Digital Channels (Mobile, Net, Whatsapp Banking)
- Responsible to increase adoption of digital channel
- Need to strategize for the same and build analytics-based structured framework to understand the barriers to adoption and identify levers to overcome the barriers
- Work with every sales, relationship management channels and central teams and align and ensure increase in digital adoption parameters
- Liaise with senior management and various teams (like product, marketing, BIU, MIS, process, Training, Contact Center) to promote the digital channel
- Come up with innovative ways and simple processes to improve adoption
- Work on getting detailed customer insights; working with internal and external teams for that
- Work with BIU team for detailed data analytics and published reports
