Role Details

Business Manager - Consumer Banking will be part of the Decision Science & Campaign Management team of the bank. The individual will report to Country Head - Decision Science & Campaign Management and work closely with the leadership team of the BU's (Campaign /DSU and other functions) on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives.

Overall Job Description

- Work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives for DSU, Campaign and other functions.

- Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (business problems could be in the nature of: new market entry / new product or segment launch / ramp up of existing business / productivity improvement)

- Define strategic blueprint and key initiatives to be undertaken by bringing key insights and trade-offs to the table

- End to end Program Management of key strategic initiatives identified

- Partner with different functions within the organization - sales, operations, human resources among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified.

- To analyze and give timely insights on performance for management review and discussion.

- To create performance dashboards and be able to support in providing analytics for business reviews.

- To perform Market review and competitor analysis of developments/ new trends in different business units.

Requirement:

- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B School only with 3-6 years of total experience of which 2-4 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting or Planning roles in Tier 1 consulting firms Banking exposure / BFSI / Consumer Banking domain is must.

- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point)

- Ability to Work/engage with Senior Business leaders
