Opportunity For Business Manager - Relationship Banking (Business consultant) with Bank

This role will be responsible for :

1. The Program Manager Relationship Management is responsible for providing strategic direction, driving and ensuring financial success of the Affluent Banking Program and broader Affluent Segment initiatives by ensuring alignment with overall Bank's strategies.

2. The successful candidate for this role will work across multiple lines of business (Primarily Sales) to develop recommendations for improved efficiencies and channel utilization, and ensure effective program management, performance driving, working as a catalyst to ensure sales success and create an environment for process development before moving to next stage of growth. It would also involve the implementation of change management at the ground level along with Branch Managers and Cluster Managers.

3) Primary responsibilities are :

a. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, support, and evolve the strategic direction of Affluent Banking Program.

b. Develop sales support assets (processes, reports, tools, training, incentives) which aid in achieving program objectives.

c. Coach and mentor Relationship and Branch managers through the on-boarding process. Serves as the go-to for the Affluent Banking Program

d. Analyze results and provide guidance for program improvement. This covers performance management and reporting, leader boards, incentive plan design, performance excellence, etc.

e. Teammate must understand how one aspect of performance measurement affects another and how each measurement functions individually.

Job requirement :

- Knowledge of mutual funds and other investment products experience preferred

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed

- Proven analytical abilities

- Good people and influence management skills

- 6 to 10 years of experience in MF Products

- MBA desired and should be mobile
