Description:
The position is responsible for leading and managing the complete operations of a regional branch, with a strong focus on sales growth, channel expansion, and market penetration. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue across primary and secondary sales, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing end-to-end branch operations with full accountability, including forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensuring their successful achievement.
- Driving sales strategies to meet periodic targets while optimizing revenue across both primary and secondary sales channels.
- Ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives and dealer schemes.
- Planning and conducting sales promotion activities as part of brand-building and market development efforts, including mapping and engaging target customer segments.
- Managing cross-functional teams across Service, Logistics, and Commercial functions, while maintaining complete oversight of the branch P&L.
- Coordinating closely with the branch service team to resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Identifying and building relationships with financially strong and reliable channel partners to deepen market penetration and expand reach.
- Ensuring cost-efficient logistics operations and seamless material movement to maintain optimal inventory levels across all sales outlets and distribution channels.
- Exploring and developing new sales channels to increase overall market addressability.
- Achieving collection targets by ensuring all outstanding payments are cleared within the stipulated timelines in accordance with company policy.
- Conducting ongoing competitor and market analysis, staying updated on market trends and competitive activities to support market share growth.
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of Area Managers and sales promoters to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
