Business Manager - Auto (8-14 yrs)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction to enhance the company's performance.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different regions
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
- Ensure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
- Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down business opportunities.
- New plans that will help the organization to race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target regions.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the Customer organization.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Prepare sales plans and strategy and support regional managers to prepare the business plan of the region/segment.
- Conduct customer presentations, training, product awareness programs.
- Identify nonrecurring and unsatisfied customers and plan the strategies to regain the business.
- Identify competitor activities and initiative actions to protect the business.
- Study, evaluate and analyze segment and product-wise business potential.
- Set targets to dealers and monitor the performance.
- Perform analysis for order lost and plan preventive actions.
- Manage the teams by setting goals, performance review, mentoring & coaching.
