Client has global presence in commodities. They are looking to hire for their Columbia Operations. This is a Business Manager role managing end to end operations for the country.
Candidate Profile
Age : 28 years to 32 years
- MBA is a must
- Excellent spoken English
- Must be comfortable with traveling
- Reasonable history of job stability required
- Required to be able to speak Hindi as well due to the management team's use of both English and Hindi during meetings and discussions
Responsibilities:
- This is a B2B sales position.
- The position handles sales of shipments marketable to importers and perform all the adjacent tasks that enable the business to be profitable.
- The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (currently the CEO).
- The manager needs to understand the requirements of the customer and offer a solution which is essentially a commodity selling.
- Candidate has to ensure relationships with all these clients are maintained in terms of current sales volumes.
- The goal is get maximum market share but not by compromising profitability. However doubling of sales volumes over the next four years is expected.
Company is seeking to expand its customer base over two years so the candidate will have to analyse the database of importers, rely on market intelligence to gauge their risk profile and tap potential business with them. .
