Functional Responsibilities:

- Generates metrics and drafts and reviews reports in assigned functional business area to inform decisions on tactical issues that impact the business

- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports and presentations

- Analyzes reports and metrics

- Assists with data consolidation to provide reports to members of BU OCOO in a timely manner

- Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items

- Provides adhoc analysis and reporting assistance from associates within the BU OCOO

Experience:

- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills

- Ability to contribute independently with minimal direct oversight

- Excellent skills in synthesizing data

- Knowledge of asset management industry and financial products (mutual funds, managed accounts, ETFs, etc.)

Technical Skills:

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Interpersonal Skills:

- Exceptionally good with interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate complex information and analysis in written and visual forms

- High attention to data accuracy

- Critical thinking to ask questions, determine best course and offer solutions
