Business Leader - Market Research Services (14-20 yrs)

EDUCATION: Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Research is preferred with strong work experience in Market Research KPO / Online MROCs / online healthcare communities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Own complete P&L responsibility, drive revenue growth and improve gross margins

2. Drive the strategy, business, vision and life cycle management for Market Research Services

3. Build strong client relationships and play leading role in managing client issues / escalations, develop creative approaches to providing them market insights into such issues

4. Lead, influence and motivate team towards company objectives while at the same time bridge between sales, delivery and capabilities team to manage and resolve conflicts

5. Work with current and prospective clients to define project needs, present proposals, negotiate contracts

6. Foster seamless internal communication and strong collaboration with all internal teams and present a unified, highly customer-focused face to the client

7. Lead the growth of Market Research business through active business development activities, focusing on expanding the depth of business with existing customers and expanding our business to new customers

8. Manage, recruit, develop, and retain an exceptionally talented professional team

9. Provide thought leadership and innovation. Maintain knowledge of the pharmaceutical and sales & marketing informatics industries by maintaining relationships with peers in the sector and participating in external meetings and conferences

10. Strengthen and build intellectual property position by monitoring the market for competitors as they relate to current and future product and services to build new skills, service lines and take to market

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

1. Over 15 years of experience, of which at least 3 years should have been in a significant leadership position

2. Should have strong process orientation and successfully managed at least 100-member team

3. Should have deep knowledge and expertise in Market Research/Online Panel Research/Pharma Market Research domain

4. Excellent client relationship building experience coupled with project delivery experience in the Market Research/Pharmaceutical space

5. Strong executive presence and communication skills.
