Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary business leader who will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company's business development, sales, and marketing functions. This leader will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand equity. The role demands a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in scaling businesses, optimizing sales processes, and leading high-performing teams.

What you will be doing:

- Own all plans and strategies achieving the company's sales goals in India, APAC, MEA including market research, and testing new markets for product fitment.

- Build new distribution channels and liaise with existing channel partners.

- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads from the target markets for the existing product and build a go-to-market strategy for new products / solutions & innovations.

- Land and expand: build processes and funnels for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

- Build & manage the sales pipeline at every stage. Utilise sales automation and best market practices to ensure / to create lean and efficient sales set-up with proper OKR reporting.

Desired skills & background:

- Experience managing P&L through enterprise IT sales & account management, ideally in the BFSI space.

- Encourage those individuals to apply who have an experience of 8-12years in working for Insurance carriers/ brokers.

- Enthusiastic about traveling and exploring new market to grow clientele and drive business growth.

- Excellent communication skills and confident with public speaking

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills

- Proven negotiation skills.
