Job Description

- As a Team lead, Incumbent Will be responsible for end to end Search / Talent Acquisition including Business Development, client management, execution and final delivery.

- Incumbent will be responsible for P&L of the Business. Members of search team will report to this position.

- Ideal candidate should be an Engineer preferably with MBA having experience of 10-15years in placement/search firm. Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering, Metal, Pharma, FMCG will be preferred.

- Salary will commensurate with experience and ability of the candidate and will not be a constraint.
