We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business and Product professional with a background in NRE/NRO banking to lead our expansion in the international banking segment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NRI banking ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of launching and scaling financial products.
Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute the overall strategy for our NRE/NRO banking business, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader fintech offerings.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the NRI financial ecosystem to position us as the preferred banking partner for NRIs.
Partnership Management:- Build and nurture relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and fintech companies to enable seamless NRE/NRO banking services.
- Negotiate commercial terms, regulatory requirements, and operational processes to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with partners to design and integrate NRE/NRO banking solutions that align with our broader fintech ecosystem.
- Develop and oversee strategic alliances to expand the reach and adoption of NRE/NRO offerings
Portfolio Oversight:- Monitor portfolio performance across key metrics such as customer adoption, deposits, transaction volumes, and cross-sell potential.
- Work proactively with internal teams and external partners to introduce product enhancements that drive growth and improve customer retention.
Customer Experience:- Gain deep insights into the financial needs and behaviours of NRI customers, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis to enhance our's product offerings.
- Ensure a seamless banking experience across the customer journey, from onboarding to deposits, remittances, and long-term financial planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent in Business or related field
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in NRE/NRO banking, financial products for NRIs, or international banking at leading banks, NBFCs, or fintech firms.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling banking solutions for NRI customers, including account services, remittances, and investment products.
Technical Skills:- In-depth knowledge of NRE/NRO banking, remittances, and regulatory compliance requirements for NRIs.
- Experience in structuring financial products, designing operating processes, and driving profitability in the NRI banking segment.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management.
