The role would be required to build programs from the scratch and manage them including sourcing, onboarding, gamification, retention, training, grievance handling, technology and product enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities
A. Product Vision, Build and Management
- Deep dive on potential business models, market size, gaps in existing offerings, key players, synergies and unit economics
- Envision the programs for of alternative delivery models in merchants space
- Work with the market and internal stakeholders to build the program
- Key objectives of the program should be around providing flex capacity to the organization and reducing cost of LM execution
B. Expansion and Management
- Manage the programs with the help of cross functional teams
- Ensure that product developments are constant, and they adapt to the changing market dynamics
- Studying local dynamics and making the required tweaks
- Ensure that the program is gamified for the right results
- Constantly move towards lower costs, better flex and with a vision to be the best Kirana-like models in terms of partner NPS in the market
C. Team Management
- Manage a team of 5-6 people including managers, campaign managers, product managers and ground team.
- Mentor and groom new talent
D. Qualifications
- Strong problem solving, project management skills
- Prior experience in dealing with Operations, Gig, I have Space (Kirana) like programs
- Team management experience (5-10 people)
- Strong academics with MBA from top tier institutes is preferred
- Working in a logistics/ food delivery/ ecommerce organization
