Business Lead - Car Insurance (5-12 yrs)
Role: Insurance Lead (Gurgaon)
No. of working days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays off)

Model - WFO (Gurgaon)
- Coordinate with different Car Insurance OEMS and build robust relationship with them.
- Onboarding New Insurance Agencies, which we have not partnered with.
Qualification and Evaluation: Assessing the needs and requirements of potential leads to determine their eligibility and suitability for different insurance products. This involves gathering relevant information, analyzing their risk profile, and evaluating their insurance needs.
Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with leads to build trust and credibility. This may involve regular communication, addressing inquiries or concerns, and providing information about insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, policies, and coverage options offered by the company. This involves staying updated with industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to leads.
Sales and Conversion: Presenting insurance options and policies to leads, explaining the benefits, features, and costs associated with each product. Guiding leads through the sales process, addressing objections, negotiating terms, and converting leads into paying customers.
Metrics and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales targets. Providing regular reports or updates to management on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
- Launch of new partnerships in line with company strategies
- Coordinate and manage relationships with existing partners and leverage the relationships to more significant collective impact
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance and sustain business performance, partnership value, and market success
- Diversified the Insurance channel
- Has handled Motor Insurance claims
- Identify prospective and potential alliances and analyze the potential of the partner
- Work closely with internal and external partners to up & cross-sell, leverage, and maximize revenue and long-term growth opportunities.
- Advise and support the leadership on Insurance program strategy formation, including design, strategy, value proposition, and program development.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry is a must
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting reports
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in traveling PAN India
- Exposure to various geographical areas across PAN India
