Business Intelligence Role - BFS

1. Business MIS and Operational Analytics

a. Coordinate on business MIS and review on a continuous basis with HOD from other businesses and Business SPOC from varied business to collate reports and updates.

b. Periodic review meetings with senior management team of business

c. Coordinate with leaders from other businesses and key people from the same business to find intelligence which otherwise may not be available from MIS / reports etc.

d. Active involvement in Business Audit Work and publishing of Quarterly results and reports

2. Strategic transformation initiatives

a. Prepare and co-ordinate task Force work plan and actions

b. Monitoring and showcasing outcomes/goalposts

c. Regular updates and follow-ups with Internal stakeholders

d. Value-add to the initiatives to make it more effective

e. Extend support to business head on work that needs analytical inputs. Take up projects which are of this nature

3. Other Activities

a. Manage and support effective functioning to senior management.

b. Plan and execute internal business events like town-halls, senior management meets, people meetings

c. Liaise with other businesses and corporate functions for agreed deliverables

d. Periodic publishing and sharing of Business MIS/ Analytics - Weekly/Monthly or Quarterly basis.

Skills & Qualifications

a) PG or MBA from a reputed instittute with 2-4 years of experience in similar role

b) Candidate should have excellent communication, Excel and Presentation skills

c) Ability to work and cope up within the challenging environment of a fast evolving team

d) Strong analytical skills and a creative and flexible approach to problem solving

e) Strong communication and influencing skill with sense of ownership and accountability for work and people

f) Prior experience and a clear understanding of project management and business analysis approach

g) Ability to prepare and present MIS reports, Analytics to the stake holders and Senior Management Team

h) Effective oral and written communication skills and stake holder management skills
