Job Description:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Responsible for working closely with location leadership team, line management.
- Provides consultative support to Corporate HR & Business HR.
- Designing Employee Engagement activities.
- Recognizes, collaborates to define and articulates complex problems/issues related to HR programs and practices delivered to line management.
- Helps to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture
- Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required.
- Expert level generalist skills and strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.
- Should be from IT/ ITES/ KPO/ BPO/Online Industry.
- MBA HR or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
