Business HR Head - Infrastructure

Our client a well known company from Andhra Pradesh. This profit making company is looking for Business HR Head for their Infrastructure division to be based at Tirupathi.

We are looking for only Telugu speaking candidates.

Experience in Infrastructure industry is a must

Candidate's age cannot be beyond 45 years.

Candidate with minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in well known infrastructure field with working experience at the site and in corporate.

Candidate who has done post graduation from well known post graduate institute.

Three major areas of responsibility -

- Enhancing Employee Performance.

The brief description of the role will include: o Manpower Planning and talent acquisition and retention

- Employee Competency Mapping

- Quality & Environment Management Systems implementation related to HR

- Handling of training & development

- Employees- welfare initiatives

- Liaison with Govt. Officials

- Employee relations and organisation climate

- Employee Compensation & Benefits

- Performance Management System
