- Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing clients as per their lifestyle, monthly inflows and other requirements.
- Contact clients periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the services and returns generated.
- Achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets.
3. Setting up the call center operations :
- Evaluate various systems available in the market
- Implementation of a CRM
- Tracking of the CRM and resolution of issues
4. Evaluating and setting up the technological platform :
- Identify various programs and software required
- Evaluation of the software and coordination with the vendor for installation
- Testing of the systems and process
- Monitoring of various glitches and resolving the same
5. Creating the operational backbone :
- Liaising with the head office
- Provide various Investment performance reports and summaries to the clients
- Resolution of customer queries, in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining adequate records
- Tracking the brokerages, monitoring the payments received, resolving issues if any
6. Ensuring regulatory compliance :
- Keeping abreast regarding the industry rules and regulatory
- Monitoring changes if any proposed or required to be implemented
7. Excellent communication skills and an expert in managing team
