Business Head/Vertical Head - Industrial Solutions - IT/ITeS (10-18 yrs)
A Leading Japanese MNC is looking for a Vertical Head .
- The incumbent shall be working as a a Business Head - Industrial Solutions - responsible for Retail, Manufacturing and Transport Industry Vertical.
- Shall be responsible to set up and grow the account .
- He / She shall be responsible for P&L, Sales, Solutions, Operations and Delivery from an IT / IT Services perspective.
We are looking for a strong leader who shall take up :
- Strategic thinking, leadership and strong relationship management and operating plans, and ability to effectively allocate resources (i.e. budget and personnel)
- Shall be able to handle multiple objectives in a dynamic and work under-pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate across the levels of the organization.
- Capable of assisting executives in defining organizational goals, critical issues, and strategic plans
