Business Head - Vaccines Business

- Lead the Vaccine business in terms of P&L responsibilities, manage manufacturing and project matters, Product development/launch/market expansion and oversight of all the individual technical functions related to operational aspects.

- Execute the business plan in terms of P&L, product launches/development.

- Ensure revenue generation as per budget and execute projects that lead to revenue growth.

- Product registrations as per plan and product development as per budgeted milestones.

- Technical functions perform at levels as per business expectations

- Demonstrate consistent process improvement.

- Costs (OPEX and CAPEX) as per budget and consistent with the activities performed.

- Ensure timely completion of HR formalities related to the functions
