- Drive profitability by monitoring key profitability metrics of volume, capacity utilization, IRR, other income, ODI collection
- Target setting and review BM performance on timely basis on various performance metrics and provide inputs to enhance the profitability
- Develop the expansion and distribution plan as per the market survey report
- Manage the relationship with critical and large channels through regular connect which will drive the business volume
- Review the performance of the business and ensure timely feedback and guidance
- Understand and plan the collections strategy
- Track early warning signals and keep a tab on any activities which lead to fraud
- Well versed with creating LOS and LMS, and exposure to digital lending of Two wheeler loans/used car loans/car loans/3 wheeler loans
- Develop products and policies to drive business
