We have urgent requirement for "Business Head - Transportation- Oil & Gas" post in Gandhidhaam.

Designation: Business Head - Transportation- Oil & Gas (JIS23453)

Location: Gandhidhaam

Experience Range: 4.0 To 8.0 yrs

Job Profile:

- Candidate must to have experience of Gas Industry & operations.

- Marketing expertise of the Oil and Gas Transportation division.

- Shall be responsible for the entire operations of the business.

- Should have a complete know how of the products and services offered and take/give proper training to the Operation team and other marketing and business development team.

- The Company is business conglomerate based on the western coast of India at Kandla Port, Headquartered at Gandhidham, Gujarat. It's mainly involved in LNG transportation by road to all parts of the country.

- We are a team of Professional and follow all safety guidelines issued by Govt. of India for transportation of LNG semi-trailer.

Responsibilities

- Shall be responsible for the entire operations of the business.

- Shall be responsible for preparing the budget plans.

- Shall be responsible to prepare the annual business plan.

- Shall be responsible for developing the operations as per the requirement Conducting and organizing board meetings of the directors.

- Shall be Responsible to find out new sales leads for Transportation of Gas & Oil Business and coordinate providing quote and develop business accordingly.

- Responsible to do marketing of the Oil and Gas Transportation division of the group.

- Responsible to coordinate the operations as per the contract with the clients and manage the day to day marketing and business development requirement of the client and the operation team.

- Shall be a link between the customer and the operation team.

- Responsible for daily reporting to the Directors regarding the marketing and Business developments and give Daily, Monthly, Weekly MIS reports.

- Coordinate with the leads and convert the leads into contracts and start working as per the contracts terms and conditions.

- Responsible to have a complete know how of the products and services offered and take/give proper training to the Operation team and other marketing and business development team.

- Conducting Internal training for development of the team and processes to implement a robust system.

- Developing the skills of the team and coordinate the operations adopting best industrial practices.

Competencies:

- Proven work experience as a marketing and business development or similar role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Professional attitude

- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Customer service attitude Confident and strong in implementing systems.
