Business Head - Surface Freight

The role is responsible for Generate Sales & Operations for Surface Logistics (Trucking and others) of the Freight Forwarding Business, Implement marketing strategies driving growth for freight forwarding Surface vertical. The role will develop, plan and manage implementation of sales coverage and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities :

- Operations 

- Project management, 

- Maintaining the business flow 

- On-boarding new clients & managing teams in order to magnify financial growth and exceed organizational targets.

- Working on the building the overall business plan

- Creating multiple revenue opportunities

- Setting Up SOP's for the business

- Sourcing Business and developing anchor customers

- Ensuring Risk free & Agile operations
