Business Head - Stressed Assets Group - Transnational Infrastructure Finance Group

CA/MBA Finance having 15-20 years experience in financial services for taking up the following role:

- Investment in Stressed/NPA companies-Strategise and implement

- Devise distressed debt funding

- Organise special situation transactions

- Prospect for buyouts of NPAs

- Focus on debt restructuring and documentation

- Monitor investments

- Interact with CDR/BIFR

- Guide and lead team of professionals

The position is based in the group corporate office in Kolkata.
