We are looking for a Business Head for a pre-seed funded 0 to 1 phase retail business startup focused on launching global cosmetic brands in India.
Reporting to Founder
Job Profile :
- Identifying, validating, engaging and launching global cosmetic brands in India.
- Role will majorly involve market discovery, identifying opportunities, talking to brands, validating the brand potential, finding out insights, bringing it back to the core team.
- Negotiate terms and onboard global cosmetic brands to the business portfolio.
- Build and design the GTM strategy and own the demand generation
Requirements :
- Post Graduate from a reputed institute
- 10-15 years of rich retail experience
- Strong business acumen with global brand engagement experience
- Must have strong hands on experience with on boarding and launching international cosmetic brands.
