Business Head - Startup/eCommerce/Consulting (10-15 yrs)
Head of Business
This role is with one of our portfolio companies:
- As the Head of Business, you will play the role of a captain operating at the intersection of superior products, growth, brand, operations & customer experience to unlock the next stage of accelerated growth
- Unlock new categories and products to cater to unaddressed needs in the market through sturdy GTM , brand activations and a product building playbook.
- Sustainable acquisition of the next 100K users
- Unlock new avenues of growth channels to deepen engagement with our consumers & bringing efficiencies into the existing channels of customer acquisition and retention
- Build superior sourcing, data science and research capabilities to deliver on cutting edge business insights that will enable an efficient & seamless supply chain ecosystem & consumer insights that will help us launch amazing products at great frequency and that have great customer love
- Own and deliver optimization across the entire business P&L by building and leading teams that can help deliver the same
- Work closely with the CEO, to forge a path to building a large outcome brand by building strategy, processes and playbooks to do so
Requirements:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to the table
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and lead teams to see them to completion with strong ownership over key business deliverables
- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels & successfully lead them
- 10+ Years of working in consumer focussed startups or companies with demonstrated leadership & proven track record. This could also include prior experience in management consulting/FMCG/General management apart from startups
