Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for Staffing business including recruitment, temporary staffing and hire and training solutions largely for BFSI, IT, Consulting and Analytics companies across India, MENA, APAC, UK. - Responsible for revenue generation, new client onboarding, on boarding targets, client relationship, delivery, account management, new business development and end-to-end recruitment operations. - Heading a team of recruiters and responsible for their output delivery and act as one point contact for the client. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 10+ Years of experience, to scale the business to new markets. - Experience in working in India, APAC, MENA and UK regions - Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
