Location : Bhubaneswar

Reporting to: MD

Qualification : B.Tech + MBA having 10 years of experience working in IT Managed Service Organization and overseeing large staffing projects. Experience working within a high growth organization.

Position: We are currently seeking to hire a Business Head-Staff Augmentation for our Resource Augmenting business to support the technology staffing environment based on key technology insights having a deep understanding of our business.

- He will be a key member of the core team and will be responsible for the Implementation, and Operation of an inhouse pan India staff augmentation program.

- He will build collaborative and effective partnering relationships at all levels within the organization. Will be responsible to provide quality service to business in support of our values as the organization and business grows.

Key Responsibilities Area:

- Responsible for the staff augmentation category of services, including policy development, process design, and underlying VMS (Vendor management System) implementation and to automate program processes. Serves as the primary point of contact, liaison and escalation for staff augmentation inquiries from Sourcing, Hiring Managers, Contingent Workforce and Internal Team.

- Demonstrate experience and knowledge to support both sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to client. Must understand large and complex services engagement and their areas of expertise, including but not limited to appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's spectrum. Establish strong and trusted relationships with client through his ability to articulate solutions.

- Responsible for various reporting cadences, inclusive of recurring Operations Reviews with Business Partners/Stakeholders and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the staff augmentation workforce program and use data to highlight issues and recommend solutions.

- Partner with business leaders and advise on how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies and sustainable processes.

- At request, analyze and extract potential sourcing opportunities for the business. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve corporate efficiency, create processes and standards for selection, implementation and support.

- Provide guidance and administer company policies and procedures accurately and consistently. Manage the various compliance requirements throughout the organization.

- Responsible for end-to-end project management, support, service and execution review processes and recommend changes to improve the efficiencies to minimize manual administration, workflow bottlenecks and repetitive data entry.

- Contribute to overall operational & strategic discussions, bringing current knowledge & future vision to leverage information & technology in business model design, business process re-engineering, operational improvements and governing execution.

- Responsible for developing new businesses across verticals/geography within the assigned customers. Getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

- Design , develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps). Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.

- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.

- Explore the market best practices in the augmenting space and implement appropriate practices in the organization. Monitor the labour legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant. Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.

- Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Design, training and recruitment for the internal team. Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

- P&L accountability for the business. Invoicing accuracy and collections. Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
