Our client ,one of India's leading Content powerhouses, is looking for a Business Head who will drive the overall strategy, vision and P&L of the flagship OTT platform across B2B and B2C streams. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business in laying the strategy and business plan, leading revenue (B2B and B2C), business insights, content, branding, subscriber acquisition and retention, community engagement, customer delight and data analytics functions. This leader will drive revenue and subscriber growth, leading a team of cross- functional executives, to create and execute the strategy for our client. Job Responsibilities: 1. P&L & Operations: a. Draw up the vision and strategy & Business Plan b. Manage & execute the P&L c. Lead B2B and B2C teams driving revenue - from Subscriptions, Ad monetization and B2B sales for the business d. Identify new disruptive growth opportunities to drive revenue e. Work with cross functional teams including marketing, content, accounts, finance, strategy etc. 2. Marketing: a. Sound Experience and Understanding of marketing (Digital and Traditional), media plans, budgets 3. Content: a. Strategy, Business Case and Execution of new Content Categories / Cohorts b. Oversee content operations and smooth workflow 4. Business Intelligence: a. Data led insights and decision making for Acquisitions, Engagement and New content 5. Customer Delight: a. Lead the Customer Delight function to ensure a world class experience for users on the OTT platform b. Build processes for NPS and C-sat scores. c. Build a customer charter for our client Education: MBA + Engineering from only Top Tier National and International institutions. Language Skills: English/Hindi. Gujarati and Marathi is a plus. Industry Experience: 1. FMCG + Media industry experience is a must, the leader would be a Business Head of a D2C consumer-tech digital businesses driving monetization & P&L. 2. First-hand experience in actively leading operations of a scaled SVOD and AVOD OTT streaming service. 3. Business Head of a D2C consumer-tech digital businesses like Paytm, Flipkart Gold, Zomato Gold, Paytm First, OlaClub etc, driving monetisation & P&L Candidates with above mentioned experience will be given advantage.
