Roles & Responsibility : - Will entail experimenting and building the SME business at - Innovate and stay ahead of the curve to make SMEs successful in India's digital growth journey - Will own end to end responsibility of the SME portfolio both- acquisition and growth and drive the overall growth of the business - Provide business direction to the various stakeholders including product, engineering, merchant experience etc - Work closely with the Partnerships and Product marketing team in driving key metrics of the business Requirements: - Can build vision and drive the team to achieve the same - Has been a key part of building an SME business at scale. Payments business experience is highly preferred - Strong knowledge of Product especially in the SME space is preferred - Strong people leader with proven team building skills
