Looking for a strategic leader who has scaled up businesses from 0 to 1, managed P&amp;L and should have worked in Growth for Internet based businesses. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Strategy to Execution: - Builds business strategy &amp; roadmap in partnership with the CEO for spares &amp; parts business - Develops a strong supply network for spare parts including owned and aggregated inventory - Sets revenue targets for spares business across categories, channels and geographies &amp; continuously monitors them - Understands automobile spares market and has expertise in supply chain management, inventory management &amp; logistics Growth and Metrics: - Responsible for overall spares business roadmap, strategy and growth - Responsible for key revenue and fulfillment metrics across automobile spares business People Management: - Responsible for hiring &amp; manpower charter to grow the business - Continuously coaches managers and leaders to build a talent pipeline for the growing business Partnering: - Works closely with city teams to ensure processes for parts availability and delivery for services business is effective - Works closely with demand teams (online &amp; offline) to ensure revenue, conversion &amp; retention targets are met - Liaisons with other corporate function leaders to ensure smooth functioning of business Success Criterion : 1. Increase revenue by 15% MoM for the next 24 months. 2. Build a strong product portfolio to achieve a monthly topline of USD 5mn over the next 18 months 3. Scale distribution to over 10 cities through warehouses and distributor network over the next 18 months Qualifications and Experience: Experience: - 8-12 years experience with at least 4-6 years in business/operations leadership role - MBA from top tier institutions would be preferred - Experience in partnering with CXOs - Experience in leading business/ operations/ supply chain efforts at strong B2C brands would be desirable - Startup/Entrepreneurial experience would be desirable
