Looking for a strategic leader who has scaled up businesses from 0 to 1, managed P&amp;L and should have worked in Growth for Internet based businesses. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Strategy to Execution: - Lays down business expansion and growth charter in partnership with the CEO and leadership team - Owns revenue end-to end for services business inclusion conversion metrics across all channels and overall profitability - Leads service fulfillment and draws overall charter for continuous improvement in speed, quality and cost - Understands the automobile &amp; servicing market well and ensures continuous innovation to be competitive Growth and Metrics: - Responsible for overall business roadmap, strategy and growth - Responsible for key revenue and quality metrics across automobile services business People Management: - Responsible for overseeing and approving hiring plans across the services business - Ensures manpower is adequately trained and developed &amp; builds a talent pipeline for growth - Drives necessary behaviours across service ops to achieve cost, CX and scalability targets Partnering: - Works closely with demand teams (online &amp; offline) to ensure revenue, conversion &amp; retention targets are met - Liaisons with other corporate function leaders to ensure smooth functioning of business - Works with planning team to create and monitor expansion-growth plans Qualifications and Experience: Experience: - 9-12 years experience with at least 4-6 years in business/growth leadership role - MBA from top tier institutions would be preferred - Experience in partnering with CXOs - Experience in leading business/ growth/ revenue efforts at strong B2C brands would be desirable - Startup/Entrepreneurial experience would be desirable Desirable Traits and Skills: - Deep analytical thinking and problem solving abilities - Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value - Understands automobile &amp; servicing market, consumers and competitors
