Job Responsibilities: - You will own P&amp;L, build processes and lead teams. - You will also drive the product roadmap, marketing plan and customer experience for your funnel. - You will work closely with engineering, product, design and marketing to deliver results. - Own P&amp;L for your funnel Manage &amp; lead a team of 100 + counselors, train &amp; mentor them to improve productivity. - Managing their performance on a timely basis and delivering results. - Build, run and improve business workflows and processes - Identify, measure and improve important metrics - Building the team, managing performance - Do whatever it takes to win. - Managing Escalations, if any. The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes: - The candidate should be from Overseas Counseling Industry (Mandatory) - 8+ years of experience in P&amp;L management, Counseling, Sales or Operations and managing a team. - Exceptional at moving business metrics using all possible levers. - Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes. - Exceptional at people management. - Exceptional at managing multiple stakeholders across business, channel partners, counselors, operations, etc. - Build strong client and Non client support through 100% compliance of application processes. - Thorough understanding and knowledge of different country processes-US,UK, Canada, Australia and Ireland - Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments.
