Client: A listed 25 years old IT products and services organisation based in Mumbai.
Location : Mumbai or Bangalore
Job Description :
- Maximize revenue from Recruitment/Contract Staffing to Non-US locations globally.
- Leading team of over 10 Business Delivery Managers.
- Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts.
- Explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
- Get involved in complete Sales/ BD / Negotiating Rates / Contracts and Revenue Generation
- Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
- Involved in Vendor contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
- Development new locations and client -base to improve profitability and Delivery Management
- Experience leading team and managing, developing clients in Recruitment/outsourcing, Hiring in -house recruiters. Team Player and Motivator
- Having good contacts/networking with HR Managers/Heads. Recruitment, networking, outsourcing, contract staffing and delivery management
- Responsible to Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client s requirement and Client Acquisition.
- Develop warm leads with pre -existing relationships with the existing clientele of our clients who currently utilize the services for their current Human Resources.
- Responsible for networking, sourcing, interviewing and successfully matching professional candidates to client profiles to fulfill client orders for temporary, temp -to -hire and specific permanent positions.
Experience & Skills :
- You will be responsible for taking care of the India delivery for their staffing business. IT, Contract Staffing & MUST possess 15 to 20 years experience in selling staffing and solutions or experienced in high volume corporate staffing.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Must have Lead and managed Professional Services performance.
- Must have active mid-level and Prime Clients.
- Must possess exceptional business acumen Must have demonstrated successes using a top-down selling approach
- The right candidate must be a confident Self -Starter with experience in staffing services and must have a high degree of drive to motive the entire team.
- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients.
