Our Client is a global provider of Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, Customer Communication Management solutions with a footprint in over 60 countries with large, mission-critical solutions deployed at Banks, Governments, BPO's & IT Companies, Insurance firms and Healthcare Organizations.

Their customer base includes some of the global Fortune 500 companies.

About the incumbent :

We are hiring within their sales team where the individual will be responsible for driving business and new account acquisition from the Western region of India.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Strategy for Products & Solutions across verticals including:

1. Developing new business streams (eg- Cloud, Mobility, CCM, Case Management)

2. Developing and Implementing Heat Maps for top accounts in the region

3. Consistency in meeting revenue targets and order booking

4. Improving Forecasting Process and Predicting the Sales Pipeline

5. Revenue Generation through meeting and exceeding Sales Target for New Business

6. Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization

Relationship Management :

1. Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key stakeholders.

2. All customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.

3. Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.

4. Participate in regional and local events, conferences and seminars

People Management :

1. Developing Sales Capability of Team Members

2. Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

3. Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.

4. Plan, control and direct activities of the team to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.

5. Creating a strategic roadmap and setting goals & milestones for the regional sales team

6. Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects

Key Skills :

1. Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having 15-18 years of experience in driving/leading sales of Software B2B Products/Solutions across industry segments in Western Region.

2. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong account acquisition experience.

3. Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

4. Devising strategies to maximize sales and realization & implementing them.

5. Ability to motivate, guide and lead the sales teams and help them to achieve their goals. This would include the ability to play the role of a mentor.

6. Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.

7. Strong financial / business acumen.
