For their Culture Analytics &amp; Recruiting Software business The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): To independently set up &amp; manage - the business in India a) Business Development b) Enrol corporate clients for self-assessments, talent fit, culture management c) Organize and manage service delivery d) Sell software solutions for human capital management to enterprises e) Deal with multiple stakeholders of prospective clients f) Coordinate with principal office g) P &amp; L Responsibility h) Develop &amp; maintain strong relationships with CHROs, TA &amp; OD / Leadership development heads The Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience i) Around 45 yrs (+/- 5 yrs) ii) Male / Female iii) Graduate + MBA preferred. iv) At least 5 years of Division / Regional / P&amp;L head - Sales &amp; Service experience, experience in selling software solutions/HR Solutions - Strong connects with CHROs / TA / OD heads/multiple client stakeholders v) Exposure to HR consulting / Assessment analytics / Recruitment / Training / HR Software / Staffing preferred vi) Managed Business Development - also New Businesses - B2B vii) Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.
