Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners 2. Work closely with other cross functional teams such as Finance, Operations, Credit, HR and Marketing. 3. In conjunction with other functions, monitor and direct the sales, operations, collections marketing and technical support activities of the product 4. Leadership and management of the sales, collections, Operations, technology, marketing, stake holder management 5. Work with Data Science, Product and Tech to agree positioning strategies for the product lines 6. Through the in-depth understanding of customer needs, identify new opportunities and markets. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Should have at least 14 years of experience in Microfinance segment managing Sales and Operation in a leadership capacity.
