Job Description :
- Business head will have operational and revenue growth responsibilities across the Indian sub-continent, with a strong focus on creating awareness across major stakeholders and securing key accounts, in a rapidly changing market.
- Constantly evangelize the concept of the offering and look at upgrading it to generate new lines of revenue and profitability.
- An opportunity to hire and scale the business in line with client acquisition and customer service demands. Direct ownership of new business pitches.
- Managing existing clients. Create processes to improve sales and commercial effectiveness. Sales activity and pipeline management.
- Refined sales methodologies (sales propositions, life cycle). Lead a team of around 6. Will report to the CEO.
Hiring Profile :
- Tech savvy MBA with 14-18 years of experience, with a personal high performing sales and profitability track record, with a consultative approach.
- In competitive and dynamic B2B environments. Understanding and experience of the media industry mandatory. Must have worked in Mumbai.
- Should ideally be well versed with the commercial broadcast ecosystem.
- Must have been involved in launching/ relaunching media/tech services successfully.
- Experience in selling SAAS platforms/workflow solutions will be an added advantage. Strong commercial acumen.
