Qualification: Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Automobile) with post graduate management qualification from reputed institute.
Experience: Around 25 years of experience in Automobile Sales, Service & Spare Parts business with minimum 5 years in a top management position, of a reputed business focused Auto company. The ideal candidate should be currently heading the national / international business, handling large markets / volume and a large team of professionals.

Job:
- The position shall be reporting to the top management and shall be responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational functions of Sales, Marketing, Service & Parts.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for Sales, Marketing, and aftersales activities of one of the major Automobile Divisions of the Group including top line / bottom line growth & market share, through nation wide distribution network.
- Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve Company's ambitious growth plans, setting strategic business goals and planning & implementing aggressive short/medium/long term business growth strategies form key part of the responsibilities.
- On a micro level, job involves planning & implementing aggressive sales strategies, maintain operational efficiency, CRM, pricing, co-ordinating with Principals, planning & implementing innovative promotional strategies, monitoring market trends, etc.
- Leading and motivating a senior team of highly competent Automobile Sales / Service / Spare Parts professionals also form one of the key responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate should be well versed in all matters of business with thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development. He should be a competent leader with excellent organizational & leadership skills and outstanding communication & interpersonal skills. Should have experience in working with top management with proven track record of aggressively driving business growth. Sound commercial acumen, analytical ability, macro understanding of HR, Finance & Systems, and pleasing personality are essential.
Exposure to international business and dealing with overseas Principals will be a major advantage.
