Business Head - Sales & Marketing - Automobile (23-30 yrs)
Our client, a leading Automobile Giant is looking for a Business Head - Automobile (Sales & Marketing) to be based at their Head Office at Muscat (Oman). The Job Description is as below:
Job :
- The position shall be responsible for the Sales / Marketing of one of the major automobile brands of the Group including top line / bottom line growth through nation wide distribution network.
- He shall be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies.
- The job involves close liaison with foreign principals and to plan & implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives of the division.
- Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.
- Leading, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities.
Qualification : Degree (preferably Engineering) with additional management qualification from reputed institute.
Experience :
- 23+ years in sales & marketing with minimum 10 years in a senior management position, heading entire sales / marketing function of a reputed automobile brand.
- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the national / international sales, handling large markets / volume and a large team of professionals in a reputed organization.
- Proven track record & leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen, analytical ability and pleasing personality are essential.
- Exposure to international business and dealing with overseas principles will be a big advantage.
