JOB DESCRIPTION

BUSINESS HEAD

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee & Leads the sales operations and a monitor performance of pan India.

- Formulate and Implement strategies for the sales department to achieve the goals of the business.

- Defines and communicates the business KPIs to the department and analyses consumer.

- Create and implement sales action plans that work to set the KPIs for the business .

- In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department.

- Examine growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development and takes responsibilities for department achievement of targets.

- Introduces new brands and categories to the market by leading the sales team in the product launches.

- Manages the product launches, promotions, and campaigns etc that maximize the growth opportunities.

- Undertake detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy SWOT to the management.

- Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and give actionable insights to be taken for improving the sales and business performance.

- Monitors and observes the brand and make forecasts for the future.

- Monitors the development of business products from its conceptualization through its testing and launch by collaborating with product development team.

- Partners with senior sales management for administrative purposes such as formulating plans, budget, forecasts and goals for the department.

- Manages key relationships by building strong relationship with customers, external parties.

- Regularly interacts with external parties by way of conducting and hosting events, seminars, workshops for the business products.

- Open up avenues for identification of potential opportunities for sales and revenue generation.
