Responsibilities: - Work out the business strategy for long-term and short-term growth for the organization. - Lead the marketing/sales and innovation functions for the products after developing a comprehensive market understanding of consumer demographics/psychographics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, etc. - Develop and execute appropriate sales strategy for products and through the distributive sales system and institutional sales - Provide business context and connect to the R&amp;D function so that all R&amp;D work is fully in sync with business strategy and needs - Work out and deliver business plans on an annual and longer-term basis with overall responsibility for the P&amp;L of this business - Build an appropriate executive team to deliver the growth vision - Build a systematic approach to acquisitions in the defined space and handle the process of acquisitions as a part of the corporate M&amp;A team - Mandatory - Germany experience is a must for current or in previous organization.
