Business Head - Sales - FMCG (10-19 yrs)
- Strategizing the Modern trade and Institutional Channel.
- Recruit the right team to draw a strong SOP for managing the MT and Institutional Channels.
- Driving the TOTs and Joint Business Plans with customers. Periodically review the same with the customers.
- Identifying account-specific key products and programs to promote them
- Structure Market coverage, Working and reporting
- Drive the Availability, Visibility of products and Implementation of programs.
- Drive Fill rates along with Supply chain
- Manage the MIS and intelligence from customers
- Constructing budgets and timelines and deliver the numbers in targeted cost.
- Sales Forecasting and tracking key metrics.
- Manage the collections and keep outstandings under control.
- Closely liaising with the marketing team about campaigns.
- Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line targets as per Business Plan.

- Ability to lead from the front with strong leadership skills.

- Minimum 10 - 12 years of Experience in MT at a regional / senior level.
