Business Head - Sales - EdTech (5-15 yrs)

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Head - Sales to lead a pan-India sales & marketing team. They are a Healthcare focused EdTech company training youth for jobs in the healthcare sector, who aim to create India's largest healthcare vocational company with industry demand-driven curriculum.

As the Business Head you will be required to lead Sales, Marketing and New Business Development at existing and new centres of the company. If selected, you will be playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 6 centres to 250 centres in the next 5 years.

Overview of Role and Requirements :

1. Sales & Marketing :

- Profit and Loss Management : Defining, implementing and achieving the annual operating targets

- Achieving the Annual Operating sales plan by reviewing and motivating the team on a weekly basis

- Reviewing pan-India Marketing & Mobilization Plan on a monthly basis with person responsible and deadlines

- Conceptualizing and implementing brand guidelines, business model and operating framework

2. New Business Development :

- Managing multiple revenue streams and creating new revenue streams in both B2C & B2B markets

- Analysing city-wise potential and leading the NBD team to open new centres as per AOP timelines

- Stakeholder Management: Managing different franchise, government and other business partners

3. Team Management (Pan India) :

- Hiring, retaining and managing multiple teams in the organization

- Building a culture of performance and open communication within the teams

- Works closely with senior management to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure organization success

- Compliance and SOP

- Being the custodian of all standard operating protocols to ensure quality across all franchise and company owned centres

- Creating a culture of continuous process improvement within the teams

Ideal Candidate :

- Channel + Stakeholder management experience

- EBOs + Franchisee Model

- P&L experience

- ATL + BTL marketing activities

- Analytical mindset

- Data driven

- Process oriented

- Team management experience
