Business Head - Sales - Automotive (20-30 yrs)
The incumbent would be responsible for:
- P&L of the entire Aftermarket, OE & Exports Business of the organisation.
- Building & Implementing strategy, planning, building team of highly motivated professionals, finalization of sales and marketing policies, developing distribution channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction and margins, supply chain management, warehouse management systems, IT systems, cost optimization and ensuring achievement of Sales and Profitability Targets.
- Responsible for Sales/ Logistics/ Supplies / New business development/ skill development of team.
- Responsible for Market share & revenue growth in Indian and export markets.
- Responsible for EBIDTA for the entity and for the manufacturing units of the group for aftermarkets.
- Managing network of existing Channel partners and leading the team.
The person should be at a leadership role for more than 10 years.
Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA
