Education:
Engineering Bachelors Degree in Technology (Computers/IT/Telecom) from tier-1 ( IIT/REC/NITs ) Institutes
Masters Degree/Diploma in Business Administrations (Marketing/Sales) from tier-1 ( IIM/Bajaj/Symbosis etc ) colleges
Experience:
Overall Experience: 6+ yrs
Technology Experience: 4+ yrs
Business Development Experience: 2+ yrs
- Having knowledge of IT (Software Services) Sales. Overseas Sales experience is preferred
- Having knowledge of IT Delivery
- Negotiation & Pricing Skills, Presentation Skills
- Communication Skills
Primary Responsibility:
Sustains the growth of company's business by:
- Establishing new business relationships to sell SaaS products in HR domain
- Establishing new business relationships with - Great Place to Work- Affiliate network
- Carrying out market studies and supporting generation of new product ideas
- Identifies decision makers at the major accounts Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts
- Suggesting right pricing in accordance with company rules for profitability and market intelligence
- Drive the Delivery Team and plan
Customer Relationship Management:
- Implements key account management strategy
- Assures proper administration of supply contracts
Other Activities:
- Competitor intelligence
- Advertising and Promotion
- Edits company literature, product profiles, company website
- Organizes participation at trade shows
- Sales Planning & Owns yearly Sales budget
