Objective: - Looking for an experienced and high-energy Business Head to help grow their business. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of International business. - Primary duties include generating business, collaborating with senior team to set goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth. - The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to connect at the CXO level and build solutions and services. - Define and execute appropriate business strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support to maximize profitability Responsibilities: - The ideal candidate will have deep experience, knowledge, and a record of success managing large recruiting and sales teams providing recruiting services to US, UK, Australian, and/or European organizations. - The Business Head should readily accept accountability for achieving pre-agreed revenue and profitability goals. - All Business Units have two functions - Account Management and Service Delivery; The Business head is the - CEO- of the business units overseeing both functions. - Business Head needs to be able to identify prospective clients, farm the existing clients, find ways to reach decision-makers, understand the client's business through asking probing questions, propose win-win solutions that address the client's needs in light of the Organization's capabilities, set performance objectives for major clients using OKR, hold clients accountable for performing their responsibilities. Desired Candidate : - Experience working with US recruiting Firm - Managing a team size of 200+ recruiters (Including all teams and levels)
